I had a great start to this quilt, but my momentum petered off considerably. Life gets in the way of quilting, and the new TV seasons have started!! The combines have been parked for nine days now. Its time to get back out into the fields. I am sure that the sun will come out this afternoon for the next month straight.

|Can you see my mistake I that I had to rip out of my sewn rows??|
I recruited some help for the assembly of the top.
I helped Emma with the first row and she mostly finished the rest by herself. Insert smile here.
I am making twin quilts for Christmas gifts. I'd better get started on the second one to get them both quilted and bound before Christmas.
|I LOVE this quilt!|
We had an impromptu guild day this past Tuesday. I love having a machine and project that I get to leave at guild and work on. I started a toddler quilt called On a Jelly Roll with this pretty LOL fabric designed by Me and My Sister. It is all cut out and I'm ready to get sewing it together.
Either I was half sleeping or out of practice, but I didn't take one photo of the other girls' projects, and that was even after a gentle hint from Colleen. I told her next time to beat me with it over my head because I totally missed her hint until I was at home later that day. Sorry, Colleen.
I've been doing a set of questions of the day for my 40th year. Here was today's question: If you could install one piece of advice in a newborn baby's mind, what advice would you give? Geesh! It'll take me the whole day to come up with an answer to this one! What's your answer? Have a great day!!
