Second Hand Clothes

I followed Nicole's lead over at Sister's Choice and I dug out my Second Hand Clothes pattern by Red Crinoline Quilts as well as my Metropolitan Fair fat quarter bundle and started cutting.
I loved the bundle and I loved this pattern.  It was fast and easy and fun, with some great looking results.

I added one more row making this quilt 93" square.  I had an inch and a half left of the ivory fabric, so I guess it was meant to be!  Mattresses are too thick these days for a 85" wide quilt.

and finally

It isn't yet sewn together in rows, but its ready.
Our guild also met this past week.  Most of us worked an expanding duffle bag.
